✨ Benz’s Real Experience: Breast Revision and Colon Vaginoplasty Revision in One Surgery

Benz underwent surgery to correct two concerns during a single operation at WIH International Hospital, performed by Dr. Chettasak Tulayaphanich (Dr. Chet), a plastic and reconstructive surgeon specializing in gender-affirming surgery.

🔹 Breast Revision Surgery

The procedure improved the shape and balance of both breasts using 250 cc Motiva JOY Ergonomix2® implants with Zen®. The implants were inserted through periareolar incisions, avoiding new scars in the armpits or inframammary folds.

🔹 Revision Colon Vaginoplasty

A new vaginal canal was created using the colon through a laparoscopic approach. The surgery also included closure of the perforation, repositioning of the urethral opening, and revision of the external genitalia to improve contour and proportion.
