Does Circumcision Affect Neo-Vaginal Depth or Sensation?

Vaginal Depth (Function): NO EFFECT!

Circumcision removes skin only at the tip of the penis. Since the neo-vaginal canal is created using other tissue sources (like skin grafts or scrotal skin), circumcision does not make the depth any shorter.

Labia Minora (Aesthetics)

Foreskin tissue is used to sculpt the labia minora (inner lips). For circumcised patients, having less remaining tissue simply means the labia minora may appear slightly smaller and more compact—yet beautifully proportionate!

Sensation (Sensitivity)

While removing foreskin theoretically reduces some nerve endings, clinical follow-ups show minimal to no actual impact on post-op pleasure. Dr. Chettasak carefully preserves the sensitive mucosal tissue near the corona to maintain intimate sensation, distinguishing general touch from erogenous sensitivity.
